Second Time We Bought from Rabar! I can't say it enough! This guy is fabulous! Our 19 yo son had been looking for a used Black Chevy Silverado 1500 for months. After a horrendous time I can't say it enough! This guy is fabulous! Our 19 yo son had been looking for a used Black Chevy Silverado 1500 for months. After a horrendous time at another dealership, Rabar went to great lengths to find one for us! He not only stayed at the dealership until way past 10 pm that first night but he also worked with us until the truck was properly detailed and repaired! And boy that took some time! He and Alex Eddington were kind and upfront the whole way through. They really had to go above and beyond because it turned out the truck needed more repairs than initially thought. But they did it! Great dealership. Great employees as well as service department. As for Alex Eddington I'm still left in shock by his downright lack of respect. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a month of chaos. His lack of communication/people skills as well as basic knowledge of legal documents is mindblowing with the title he has. I really hope this was just a off day for him but seeing how the rest of my transaction was finished with again no communication just a signature and a messenger between parties I doubt it. I will be back as I do alot of business with Heartland Toyota & genuinely enjoy it, but will avoid all future transactions with Mr Eddington. More
