We spent several months making our decision and getting the Eric Butler helped us check several possibilities. He kept just the right level of contact and was extremely helpful and encouraging. It appeared as pressure and if we weren't so satisfied with how Eric dealt with us, we might have gone elsewhere. It should have been left to Eric until the sale was made. We haven't always had terrific dealership experiences, so my wife and I were prepared for a bit of hustle, a little bait-and-switch, maybe even some g We haven't always had terrific dealership experiences, so my wife and I were prepared for a bit of hustle, a little bait-and-switch, maybe even some good-cop/bad-cop action. What we actually got was the opposite. Calvin Tran listened carefully and respectfully as we explained what our budget was, what we were looking for. The fact that we had a small budget and were looking for a "gently used" vehicle didn't cause him to wander off looking for a new prospect with deeper pockets. Defying our expectations, Calvin patiently walked and drove us around multiple lots, right up till closing time, trying to find us something we'd be happy with. No surprise detours to the hot new sporty models. Nope, he kept to the less exciting course we'd charted for him and found us what turned out to be a perfect fit. He was very gracious, too, when we wanted to think on it overnight. Came back the next day and closed the deal. No hype, no hustle. No muss, no fuss. No surprises, no uh-ohs. Calvin found us exactly what we needed, nothing more or less, and John Mclaughlin worked hard to get us the best numbers. We were also super-impressed with their transparency about the vehicle's history, and Bobby Lynn described the care the service team took getting it ready for us to drive off the lot. (Coincidentally, Bobby figured out that he and I were born on the exact same day. We may be twins, separated at birth.) Thanks, guys, for making our experience a great one. Friendly staff Bought our first Toyota certified used Highlander here yesterday. We liked our salesman, but he could have been more knowledgeable of his product. There were a few minor disappointments upon delivery. We were upsold mudflaps that were already installed. We were unable to locate any trailer light connection although there was a hitch. They washed the vehicle and filled the tank which was appreciated. Unfortunately the left taillight filled with some water. We also discovered a cover missing for the roof rack (listed on sales brochure) when we returned home. A voice message was left but no one has returned my call as of yet. Overall our experience was pleasant and our relationship is still being written. More
