Bobby Lynn we'll follow you anywhere! We've had years of exceptional service with Toyota and it's because of Bobby Lynn. We recently heard he moved to Heartland Toyota in Bremerton and my We've had years of exceptional service with Toyota and it's because of Bobby Lynn. We recently heard he moved to Heartland Toyota in Bremerton and my fiancé and I immediately called him to make an appointment. From the door he greeted us with a big hug and smile. We laughed when he told us our best friend had just been in the day before to see him and get a new car again, as well. Bobby took care of setting us up with someone on his team named Rabar Ali. To say that Rabar went over and beyond is an understatement. Rabar not only made sure we were fed lunch and had lattes (good lattes from their cafe!) he, along with Bobby, took care of getting us the best deal. We switched two cars that afternoon. My fiancé drove off in a 2018 Toyota Tacoma with new mats and new swag--courtesy of Rabar! My car of choice was not on the lot that day and Rabar said he would deliver it to my house...I live in Puyallup! Sure you may say all dealerships would do that, but Rabar came in on his day off when my car arrived at Heartland AND his kids were sick. He said he promised me he would deliver it AND HE SURE DID DELIVER! I can't thank Heartland Toyota, Bobby and Rabar enough. We'll never shop for cars anywhere else. More
