I just went in for a water pump repair on my 2002 Highlander, and came out with a shiny new 2018 RAV4 XLE, with no intention of buying or leasing anything at all. I didn't feel pushed or hustled at any time, but the smooth, seamless handoff from person to person makes you feel like an in-charge VIP (which had nothing to do with my decision, but it did add to my comfort level). Deserving particular mention are Robbie Baker in Sales and Mike Sayers in Finance, both competent pros who know how to treat their customers and find them the best deal and financing. I would never hesitate buying from these folks again, and highly recommend Heartland Toyota to anyone. More

What happened to the service? I bought two vehicles here and had them serviced here. I know nothing about cars and trusted them. Whatever they told me to do, I did, and paid huge. I brought my 2008 Sienna in two weeks ago for the 180,000 mile check up. I had a loaner and told then to take their time. I thought I would end up with a 500 bill at most. The service tech called me to tell me it would cost 700, and that he would try to get it lower. I came in to pick it up and he told me that it would cost 900 dollars, because he had worked so hard to reduce the bill. Two weeks later, i was driving home and I started to smell burning oil. No oil pressure light or check engine light. When I got home, the van leaked oil all over the garage floor, and my neighbor came over to look. There is no oil left in the car. I called heartland service, and they told me that I needed to tow the car at my cost to them. I'm sure that they are going to charge me more for this, and tell me that they had nothing to do with it. I've just become some stupid woman that they can get unlimited amounts of money from. My fault, I guess, that I didn't go to school to become a mechanic. I'm never going back and I will buy my cars elsewhere. More

We are repeat customers (two previous vehicles, now on our third) and when we called John Mcloughlin (Congrats on your promotion to Finance) he immediately understood our concerns, needs, etc. and recommended us to an outstanding Sales Representative (Scotty McNabb) or Team Scotty as John kept referring too. Once we met with Scotty, he had everything set up for us, was very knowledgeable, and made our buying experience a memorable experience. When we bought our first vehicle from John, we told him that we were customers for life and we will continue to do our business with your company, John and Scotty. Your company is truly blessed to have two outstanding, caring and professional people on your staff. For those who are contemplating whether or not to purchase GAP and the extended service contract, my wife and I can testify from personal experience that it was worth every penny paid for. A few months ago, our daughter totaled our vehicle and when we went through the claims processes with our insurance company and our lender it was about as transparent as it can be. Our lender (GESA) and your company helped settle our claim quickly and with no issues. It was worth every penny, we did not come out of pocket at all. Again, thank you and God Bless!
