Excellent Alexis did excellent job in finding the car that meets my needs and color. She made sure car was washed and transferred all my belongings as found in the other car. I can’t say enough about her. More

We are repeat customers (two previous vehicles, now on our third) and when we called John Mcloughlin (Congrats on your promotion to Finance) he immediately understood our concerns, needs, etc. and recommended us to an outstanding Sales Representative (Scotty McNabb) or Team Scotty as John kept referring too. Once we met with Scotty, he had everything set up for us, was very knowledgeable, and made our buying experience a memorable experience. When we bought our first vehicle from John, we told him that we were customers for life and we will continue to do our business with your company, John and Scotty. Your company is truly blessed to have two outstanding, caring and professional people on your staff. For those who are contemplating whether or not to purchase GAP and the extended service contract, my wife and I can testify from personal experience that it was worth every penny paid for. A few months ago, our daughter totaled our vehicle and when we went through the claims processes with our insurance company and our lender it was about as transparent as it can be. Our lender (GESA) and your company helped settle our claim quickly and with no issues. It was worth every penny, we did not come out of pocket at all. Again, thank you and God Bless! Our salesperson, Ryan, made us fee I recently purchased a Toyota from Heartland in Bremerton. The staff were great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our salesperson, Ryan, made us feel at ease. He was much more concerned with making sure we bought the right vehicle for our needs than trying to hard sell us. Ryan has a very positive disposition and a sunny smile and was just great to work with. Our previous relationships with Mark and Alissa in the Service department dealing with issues with the car we traded in were also very positive. The people at Heartland Toyota do what they say they’re going to do. Don’t plan to run in and buy a car in 30 minutes. The process takes time but is well worth it. More
