He took my mom and i around to every neighboring dealership to insure that i found the right car for me! Never once did i feel the pressure of having to "close the deal" that you sometimes get at other dealerships. Now i don't know if any of you have ever purchased a car with your mom BUT it can be absolutely agonizing and titious. Chris was professional and patient all day AND night with us ?. Once we decided on a car for me we encountered the same level of professionalism and service from the rest of the staff. The other salesmen were playing with my son keeping him busy while i was filling out paperwork. What more could you ask for? I love my new car and would recommend Heartland Toyota to anyone!!! More
