I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 45 minutes away. I called and spoke with Freddy. I can't say enough about Freddy as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. So we decided to just walk around the lot, and Jordan approached us. He introduce himself in a professional manner and asked if we had any questions. I explained to Jordan that we were having a little one on the way and was interested in getting a bigger car for my family. I mention to him that we came by previously and Alexis W. help us out but there were no cars that really stood out to us. So we decided to sit down with Jordan and he gave a couple of options in cars, but some of the cars didn’t fit in my budget. But Jordan understood the situation and understood that I needed a car. 5 hours later, we ended up with getting a 2015 Kia Optima. It was a long 5 hours, but Jordan helped fit me with the right car within my budget. The whole moral, I HIGHLY recommend Jordan to anyone that is trying to find a car. He doesn’t just try to fit your budget to the car that you want, he actually cares about your life situation. He’s a humble, caring and very professional what he does. Thank you again Jordan !
