BB is the man with the plan 2007 FJ cruiser brake noise, Toyota of puyallup couldn't get me in, I called heartland got a 2pm appt. day of. Walked in the door, Brent B saw us , to 2007 FJ cruiser brake noise, Toyota of puyallup couldn't get me in, I called heartland got a 2pm appt. day of. Walked in the door, Brent B saw us , told us to have a seat, I took photos of my vin #,lic plate & mileage .. explained the noise & the service that has been done in puyallup, then Brent explains how the dealers are all linked up & service history is at his fingertips. I explained that I wanted to see the brakes at the point of tear down & let's go from there. 20-30 min later we walk back to the shop bay, met a really great mechanic who explained everything in great detail & I walked away knowing it was in good hands, I apologize for not knowing/ remembering his name, we decided to just go ahead & replace all the rear pads & turn the rotors since we're here & on the FJ is on the hoist & already a few hours out of our day , let's just replace with all new & get down the road, little over an hour later both gentlemen came over with old pads in hand showing us that the glaze on the pads was surely cause of the noise, even with 50% pad still there. We're both happy and content with the decision we made & we both thought it was great that they came out with the old parts & chatted. So in short, got an appointment day of, checking in was a breeze, a consult at break down, repairs were done & explanation post repair, and some chat time at check out. It was a fantastic trip to your Toyota dealership & a big thank you to your team!!! More

Customer Servjce at its Best I trade my vehicles once every 3 years. This year I brought in my 2004 Toyota Tacoma w Canopy. Typically there's no trade value for the canopy but Rab I trade my vehicles once every 3 years. This year I brought in my 2004 Toyota Tacoma w Canopy. Typically there's no trade value for the canopy but Rabar & other staff helped me get it off my 2004 on to my replacement 2006 Tacoma. Also I found all the personnel very friendly and supportive which is one reason I've been coming back for the past 13 years to buy both New and Used vehicles. More

Both Ryan and Rabar greeted us with amazing smiles and upbeat, energetic, personality. Then, after the drive, we were immediately served water and handled with amazing hospitality. The negotiations and paperwork went very well and both Ryan and Rabar were very generous in doing all that they were possibly able to, in order get the very best offer for us. Being that we were there very late, they did everything possible to make us feel comfortable, including going to dominoes to get all of us pizza, salad, and drinks. Absolutely the best service any car dealership and salespeople have ever given us. The last time we bought a car it was over 10 years ago, also from Heartland Toyota. But there are tons of these out there, various brands and models, as well as both new and used, and there are also lots of dealerships around. I decided going to Heartland Toyota because of my past good experience with Toyota products. Rabar Ali was the salesman I worked with and I want to be sure to say Rabar was the reason I purchased my car at Heartland that day. Rabar spent the time to understand my needs and wants and worked with me to look through both used and new cars to fit me and my family. He also went on test drives with us and tirelessly explained to me how the new car features worked. Overall Rabar spent 4 hours with us that day and we ended up negotiating a good deal on a brand new RAV4. It's fantastic car buying experience for me and my family. Rabar's professionalism and knowledge really made a huge difference for me. I highly recommend working with Rabar for car shopping. More
