While they took our offer back to work out some prices and quotes they gave us lunch so we could eat and not have to leave the dealership and come back later with tired cranky kids. The service team was able to offer us an active duty military discount for my husbands service which is really amazing. They offered to help carry our things around room to room as we moved through the process. The finance consultant had a great sense of humor and did a good job showing us the importance of the extra coverages. This was a smooth and overall pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and Rabar/Miles to our friends and family to come purchase a car here, it was excellent service. More

I needed a vehicle I went to the dealership after hours just to take a peek at new trucks with no sales pressure. Rabar Ali was just leaving the dealership, and he came I went to the dealership after hours just to take a peek at new trucks with no sales pressure. Rabar Ali was just leaving the dealership, and he came over to talk to me, actually got some keys and unlocked a few trucks, no pressure, just a friendly offer to answer my questions and let me sit in a few rigs. I opted to look at a used truck, but didn't want to drive it after dark. After the weekend, he called me and invited me to come and drive the truck, which I did. He allowed me to take it to a friend to check it out, and I kept it for a couple hours, very impressed with Rabars kindness, and the truck was really nice. I bought the truck, I did not feel pressured in any way. I am now a very happy Toyota Tundra owner. More

He listened to what I wanted and needed, he made myself and my 2 1/2 year old extremely comfortable (even offering complimentary drinks and snacks from the cafe), and went right to work. I was shocked when he asked me to look at a 2015 car, thinking I would never be able to afford that. Well, I drove off the lot with my dream car!
