Excellent Prius servicing experience I bought the 2011 Prius three years ago from Heartland Toyota, working with Michael Santander. That, in itself, was a pleasant experience. So far I have only needed regular preventative maintenance and one recall correction. I've been treated at each visit very cordially and respectfully. It appears to be a very efficient service department. The offer of a free beverage while waiting is much appreciated, and the service waiting area is very pleasant. While waiting, Megan Howard approached me to ask my opinion of the service provided and to advise me of my status as a preferred customer. While I have no near term intent of parting with the Prius, she did offer me the vehicle upgrade option, albeit in a non-pressuring fashion which I appreciated, and left me with supporting documentation. It's nice to know my options should I change my mind at a later date. As as been my experience with all the service representatives I've dealt with at Heartland, Cameron Anthony was very attentive to my service needs. He went out of his way to leave his desk to bring the Prius from its service and complimentary wash back to the door where I awaited. For vehicle maintenance service, it doesn't get much better than that. I've no reason to go elsewhere. More

Fastest Process Ever Recently I stopped by Heartland Toyota looking into a used Toyota 4Runner. They had recently taken one in on trade that had the right mileage and acc Recently I stopped by Heartland Toyota looking into a used Toyota 4Runner. They had recently taken one in on trade that had the right mileage and accessories. I asked for a price that included a front to back mechanical go-through and if it could be ready the following Friday (Black Friday). They had the final price by the afternoon, ran it through their shop during thanksgiving week giving it new front and rear brakes, CV joint, belts, fluids and filters, and delivered this vehicle at a price better than others I had shopped! Their salesperson Dakhil and manager Chuck kept me in the loop as to progress daily and delivered on short notice requests for VINs, miles, and other items my commercial insurer and financing folks were looking for. On take delivery day I was in and out within an hour, even with a crazy busy facility! Best car buying experience ever! More
