In particular, I would like to thank Mr. Tom Diefendorf for taking the time to ensure I was comfortable with the sales process all the way up until I picked it up. From our first encounter over the phone when I was just inquiring about the truck, to our latest, has exceeded my expectations of customer service and been truly remarkable. My experience from beginning to end was friendly, genuine, professional, and handled with a real sense of transparency and attentiveness. Twice in the last six months, my father has had warning l Wanted to leave a review of my recent visits to the Service Department at Heartland Toyota. Twice in the last six months, my father has had warning lights illuminate on the dash of his 2006 Rav4. Scott Moritz at the Service Department helped us both times, gave us a run-down of what was wrong each time, ordered the appropriate repair parts, and the final invoice costs were within $15 of estimates. My dad is not a big "motor head", so while he may not understand exactly what is wrong, I trust that the Service Department will not exploit his lack of knowledge. I never feel that I am being "taken to the cleaners" by the guys & gals there, and I do feel that they are genuinely concerned that I am satisfied, and that they want me to continue to bring my two vehicles, and my father's vehicle, back for service. I expect to be able to drive my Toyotas for several-hundred-thousand miles, and I feel that the Service Department at Heartland wants to help me do that. Keep up the great work. More

Your Assistant Service Manager was there to assist me in the procedures of getting our Prius back on the road. He was polite, understanding and expedient to our needs. When my vehicle arrived from the wash rack, Aaron jumped out and presented our shiny new car that he himself had just washed; now that is going that extra mile, that %110 just to serve the customer; thanks Aaron. Repair of 2001 Toyota Rav4 I had my 2001 Rav4 towed from Gig Harbor to Heartland Toyota two weeks ago on May 2nd. Mr. Baird happened to be the person I had talked to prior to t I had my 2001 Rav4 towed from Gig Harbor to Heartland Toyota two weeks ago on May 2nd. Mr. Baird happened to be the person I had talked to prior to the vehicle being towed and during the conversation I felt very confident that I had the right person who would take care of my vehicle's problems. During the next week, after the part was ordered and received, he called to inform me that everything now checked out great with a new battery and water pump along with an oil change having been completed. I would not hesitate to again take my Rav4 into this dealer. Mr. Baird's knowledge and professionalism has been greatly appreciated during the recent / successful service of my car. More

The next day I went to the dealership and met joshuah habenicht, without feeling any kind of pressure or force to purchase a car I had already made my mind up just from how helpful he was. I told him that I wanted him to do everything he could to have me drive off the lot with a 2014 scion tc that day. He did everything and some. Based on prior new car purchases we were prepared for the usual unpleasant experience that goes with buying a new vehicle. However, to our surprise there were no unpleasantries involved at all. Richard was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helped us get the exact truck we wanted at the price we were expecting and prepared to pay. Everything was exactly as promised. More
Always Satisfied For years I was reluctant to take my car to a dealer for repairs, due to the fact most charged more than a small auto repair business would. I have not found this to be the case with Heartland Toyota. I own a Toyota Prius and a Volvo XC-70, with me bringing the Prius to Heartland for service routinely. When the XC-70 came due for its 60k service I contacted Heartland to see if they would service this vehicle to avoid my driving all the way to Tacoma. Heartland did the service as promised and as quoted. Richard Wessel even reminded me of the military discount Heartland offers--which I had forgotten to ask about--saving me over $100. This is another example of the great service and care Heartland provides its customers. More

I am not a fan of attorneys or car sales places hahaha, BuT I am glad I found Heartland Toyota, Great place to deal with - from purchase to service and nice cafe. - - -and the bathrooms are spotless. Please Thank my sales person James Alameda (go Raiders - hahah), Please Thank Chuck Scott for making the deal work, and Please Thank Jamie Brown for getting the kids through all the fun paper work and taking care of the finance dealings - - - THEY ALL DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB, which made my daughter and her friend smile and excited about their new-used Toyota 4 runner - - which happen to be the same color and style that I just bought my wife a few months a go from your place -- - - my grandson thinks it cool - - same color - - one with monster tires, and the one that grandma & grandpa enjoys driving, while taking him places all the time.
