I have not found this to be the case with Heartland Toyota. I own a Toyota Prius and a Volvo XC-70, with me bringing the Prius to Heartland for service routinely. When the XC-70 came due for its 60k service I contacted Heartland to see if they would service this vehicle to avoid my driving all the way to Tacoma. Heartland did the service as promised and as quoted. Richard Wessel even reminded me of the military discount Heartland offers--which I had forgotten to ask about--saving me over $100. This is another example of the great service and care Heartland provides its customers. More
