In 2012 I went to Toyota to buy my dream car. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I had never bought my own car before so I was really nervous. I didn't want to be pressured or pushed to buy something that didn't suit me. Shawn Magill was the sales guy I could have only hoped for. He listened to me. He wanted to get me the car I wanted. He was kind and understanding. After figuring some things out I left with a 2011 scion tc. I couldn't have been happier! A year later something with the rear main seal needed to be fixed. Brent Baird (assistant service manager) helped me with getting my oil changed and he was aware of the seal that needed to be replaced. My car had to stay at the dealership for a couple days. Brent Baird was able to get me a rental car and during the time of my car being fixed he did such a fantaStic job of keeping me updated on the status of my car. He was also so very kind. I seriously have heard horror stories about dealerships and I recommend Toyota to all my friends and family. They are so patient and all the employees care about our needs and wants. After the wonderful experience of buying our Limited Highlander from James Alameda back in 2005, we were determined to work with James when it was time to trade in on a new model. It was incredible to me that James remembered us both times and has always done everything to make us feel like family and find out what WE were needing in the way of a vehicle and the budget. Richard Biehl was friendly and welcoming to my husband and me, but more important he was efficient with the paperwork and knowledgeable about our specific needs. He knew we were facing at least a 2 hour wait for service, and he went the extra mile to arrange a shuttle to take us to the theater in time to catch a movie we had been wanting to see for some time. We were also picked up right on time and when we got back to the dealership, there was our car waiting for us, newly washed and work completed. We also were impressed with the waiting room, which offers free wi-fi and has that nice coffee shop and comfortable chairs scattered about. More
