Steve Hewitt went the extra mile to help my wife and I find the car we wanted. We arrived at the dealership intending to check out some cars. The Toyota Corolla we had (which we bought at Heartland) proved to be too small especially with my wife about to receive a mobility scooter. I liked the Highlander Hybrid, but it was a bit too rich for our budget. Steve suggested a Venza, and brought one into the showroom floor for us to look at. We went for a ride, and decided this was the car for us. Jamie Brown helped immensely with the financing and got a loan for us with Kitsap Credit Union (where we bank). We went home in our new Venza very happy. More

It seems like your employees compliment each other I was fortunate to have been able to work with both Patrick Fendley and Steve H. Both of them have offered to assist me with Blue Tooth hookup and both promised to help me in the weeks to come as I have more questions. We seniors are sometimes not as comfortable with electronics as the younger generation. I do plan to attend the new car workshop. By then, I will have questions as well as be able to hear what other new Toyota owners are experiencing. More
I've had both my Toyotas serviced here since new. That's 10 years now. Service work is always performed at the scheduled time and is ready to go at the promised time. If it's possible, get Mike Maier to assist with your service. You'll be glad you did. More

Within minutes he showed us the car, and he made the paperwork a breeze. Once he knew that we wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible, he made it happen by literally sprinting around the dealership. We left with a shiny new Prius for a lower monthly payment and no money down -- can't complain about that! More

My husband and I brought our 2008 Toyota Tundra in to Heartland after seeing the dreaded check engine light come on. We made the hour plus drive down to the dealership and I couldn't have been more pleased that we did. Upon arrival the Assistant Service Manager, Scott Moritz was on it. Everyone has these suspicions that working with a dealership's service department is going to cost you time, money and that the employees can often be rude or arrogant. That couldn't be further from the truth at Heartland. Their expertise resulted in less man hours on the job costing less money and time. Scott was a pleasure to work with, easily reachable and I felt like getting to the bottom of our problem was his number one concern. He is comfortable, confident and qualified, easily identifying problems with our vehicle that took our mechanic weeks to locate. What more could you ask for? This service department has the feel of your local shop where they want to get to know you and your vehicle. I highly recommend them and Scott, together they make a great team. More
