While waiting for an oil change the kids were getting bored. Brent came over & gave them each a coupon to receive a treat from their refreshment center free of charge. He was so nice & clearly good with children. I have been very impressed with him every time I come in. Service is fast & friendly & the waiting area & restrooms are clean & well maintained which I appreciate. I always rate a place by how clean the restrooms are. More

Fastest Process Ever Recently I stopped by Heartland Toyota looking into a used Toyota 4Runner. They had recently taken one in on trade that had the right mileage and acc Recently I stopped by Heartland Toyota looking into a used Toyota 4Runner. They had recently taken one in on trade that had the right mileage and accessories. I asked for a price that included a front to back mechanical go-through and if it could be ready the following Friday (Black Friday). They had the final price by the afternoon, ran it through their shop during thanksgiving week giving it new front and rear brakes, CV joint, belts, fluids and filters, and delivered this vehicle at a price better than others I had shopped! Their salesperson Dakhil and manager Chuck kept me in the loop as to progress daily and delivered on short notice requests for VINs, miles, and other items my commercial insurer and financing folks were looking for. On take delivery day I was in and out within an hour, even with a crazy busy facility! Best car buying experience ever! More

I originally drove to Heartland after inquiring about a fantastic deal I had found online for a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Within minutes he responded to the inquiry and even held the vehicle for me since I was in Puyallup. He was very professional on the phone and addressed all my questions. He even came in on his day off to greet me at the door. Given the difficulties inherent in my distance purchase he was kind enough to wait for my wife and we chatted while waiting for her to arrive as he facilitated some of the paperwork. We had completed enough that very little extra work was needed when my wife arrived to finalize everything. He was patient and I never felt pressured or imposed upon during the entire process. Most importantly, he actually listened! I had visited several other dealers prior to Heartland and the staff at many (not all) of the other facilities seemed to embody all the worst stereotypes associated with car dealers. Dakhil was the exact opposite of all of these experiences and the entire car buying process was relaxing and felt like purchasing from an old friend rather than a business transaction fueled by the bottom line of the dealer, More
