Patrick Fendley was very friendly and quite knowledgable. He answered all of our questions and told us things we hadn't thought of that we were glad to know. As a salesman he is very easy to work with, and He answered all of our questions and told us things we hadn't thought of that we were glad to know. As a salesman he is very easy to work with, and not the least bit pushy. He is of the generation that is very informed about technical aspects of the complexities of the numerous computer components of this car. He easily explained what we needed to know in language that was very understandable. The price was easily reached without all of the back and forth tactics between salesman and manager that many dealerships use. In general we felt very well taken care of and love our new Prius V! We also love the attitude of the employees, ambiance of the dealership and the way all of that speaks to the care and concern the owners of the dealership. More
I have to say that Alexandra Black, aka Alex, has exceptional customer service. I as a woman always felt like I was getting she shaft when taking in any of our vehicles for service at other places, exceptional customer service. Her knowledge in her job, the comfort of knowing she will explain exactly what is needed and calls if any update, plus her out going personality gives me the confidence in the workmanship I will receive. I had my vehicle serviced for repair at this dealer recently. Mr. Scott Moritz handled my appointment and I must say not only did I get a great rate for the work done, the customer service, the timeli recently. Mr. Moritz went out his way and provided me a complimentary rental car ( a new 2013 corolla) for a day while my corolla is being worked on. He called me a couple of times that day and updated me the estimates and status of the work being done. His dedication, hard work and outstanding customer service is a reflection of this dealerships success. This is one of the many positive experience I received at this dealership for the last 16 years. More
I received a letter from Heartland Toyota stating their interest in purchasing my used vehicle. I went to their site on the Internet. I used the quote function. Within minutes, I received a warm friendly E-mail from Steve Hewitt. Next, a phone call to Steve and then a visit to the dealership. Then, a 2013 Prius out the door to my house. ALL the above mainly because of the warm FAMILY type atmosphere presented by Steve Hewitt and fellow Customer Service Reps associated with my auto purchase. My Dad found a 2013 Tacoma JUST LIKE I WANTED! We always feel we receive top rated service at Heartland Toyota. Both Ricky Saly and Brent Baird have gone above and beyond "standard" customer service. We've had several recent visits to Heartland service in addition to our regular maintenance. Ricky Saly was able to get repairs done on our Sienna through our extended warranty, he did all the footwork and paperwork and we didn't have to worry about approvals or phone calls, etc. Brent Baird recently helped us with some mechanical issues we had with our Ford F150, yes I said Ford.........we trust Heartland Toyota SO MUCH, and they have proven themselves over and over, that we bring all of our vehicles to them for service no matter what make they are. We have ventured to the dark side(service department of Ford) and trust me, they do not even come close to Heartland's service. We weren't even acknowledged for 15 minutes, no lattes there!, they don't wash your vehicle and we just didn't feel like they were too concerned about great customer service. We will not go anywhere other than Heartland for service! Thank you Ricky and Brent! More
