We had our car in for it's first service and were well pleased with the quality, timeliness and care given to us at this time. The service was a routine first service on a new Venza but I had inadverten pleased with the quality, timeliness and care given to us at this time. The service was a routine first service on a new Venza but I had inadvertently put washer fluid in the cooling system (I know - dumB). Alexandra was quick to determine the needed correction and provide my wife with an estimate of cost and time. She made sure my wife was taken care of and saw the service through in a timely manner. Our previous experiences with other dealerships have always been dubious, but Patrick, Mike and Chrissy made my f enjoyable one from start to finish. Having three boys is a handful, yet the dealerhship had two childrens play rooms and enough room for them to run around while my wife and I signed all of the paperwork. I really cant say enough about Patrick and the sales team who looked after us and our children during the entire time we were at Heartland.
