Tom Diefendorf is a truly exceptional General Manager! Recently I when I called the dealership I had a difficult time connecting with my sales person because of phone issues at the dealership. The recpeptionist connected me to the General Manager of Heartland Toyota is Bremerton, Tom Diefendorf. He was very understand of the issue I had with a car that wouldnt start that was sitting in my front yard. Tom send a tow truck to pick it up and an employee to drive to my house to pick me up. Thats first class service with a plus. I always felt in good hands with everyone I met at the dealership and they fixed my car and had me back on the road within hours. The waiting area is more like a restaurant and it is excellent. My mind is at peace knowing that Heartland Toyota will be there whenever I need help. Thank you Tom Diefendorf for your truly exceptional customer service and thank you to everyone I met at Heartland, they are all outstanding people who truly care. Excellent service expirence. Ricky was very courteous and friendly and explained to me the recall work that was being done on my car plus gave me info on the 60,000 mile check up. You will truly enjoy your experience. We have had our 2006 Highlander serviced at Heartland Toyota since we bought it new. After 130,000 miles we are still going back to Heartland because of Ricky Saly one of their service agents. Heartland is very fortunate to have him. He greets you by name when you arrive for service and reminds you of anything that he is watching for you like; brake replacement or recall notices. His memory of customers names is truly remarkable. Even after 130,000 miles, he tells us that we don't need brakes yet and that he is watch it and will let us know when we need them. I have worked in a customer service business for over 42 years in managing and hiring customer service personnel for 6 NW states, so I know customer service when I see it and personally experience it. If Ricky had skills in the financial service business, I would have hired him away from Heartland Toyota long ago! More

We had our car in for it's first service and were well pleased with the quality, timeliness and care given to us at this time. The service was a routine first service on a new Venza but I had inadverten pleased with the quality, timeliness and care given to us at this time. The service was a routine first service on a new Venza but I had inadvertently put washer fluid in the cooling system (I know - dumB). Alexandra was quick to determine the needed correction and provide my wife with an estimate of cost and time. She made sure my wife was taken care of and saw the service through in a timely manner. Great service from all concerned and special kudos to Alexandra for delivering the car in atimely manner. More
