I've been taking my 2010 RAV4 to Haselwood since I bought it there (purchased 4 other Toyota's there also). This was my 120,000 mile service and took advantage of the $9.99 oil change. My Service Advisor was Alex Black; while all the other Service Advisors were all VERY good, Alex was EXCEPTIONAL! She brightened up an otherwise drab day with a great smile and was very courteous, friendly, competent and professional. I barely finished my complimentary latte when she came to tell me my car was ready (also freshly vacuumed; didn't want the free wash). I'd recommend Alex to everyone and will look forward to doing business with her again. I don't know why anyone would do business with any other dealer! More
At 4 pm, had to take the dogs to the vet. Lo and behold, the battery was dead in our 2005 Prius. Called the Bremerton Service Department. They said to call our AAA and have the car jump-started. Then to come on over to the service department and they would check the system and, if needed, put in a new battery. I arrived an hour later at the Bremerton Toyota Dealer's Service Department. They had me in the computer and knew what to expect without my retelling the "sorry tale". Yes, the battery was almost 8 years old and "gave up the ghost". While I sipped a complimentary coffee, the electrical system was checked out (it was fine)and a new battery was installed. The car even received "a bath"! 45 minutes after having arrived at the dearship, I was on my way home again with a clean and purring Prius. Thank you everyone at the Toyota Dealership for making a bad day turn into a pretty good one. More

I just wanted to add my compliments to Heartland Toyota of Bremerton, Washington for their Service Department and particularly Alexandra Black whom my wife and I met and worked with in getting our 2006 Toy of Bremerton, Washington for their Service Department and particularly Alexandra Black whom my wife and I met and worked with in getting our 2006 Toyota Tacoma serviced. The efficiency, courtesy and cleanliness of the facility was very impressive. The truck was ready when promised and the lounging area where we waited was clean and relaxing plus we were given 2 free Latte coupons. I will continue to use Heartland for my future service work and recommend it to other Toyota owners. More
I purchased a used Toyota Matrix from Heartland a few weeks back. This was by far the easiest and quickest purchase of a car I have ever made. Rick Biehl was my salesperson. He answered all my questions and there was no pressure to buy from him. I was actually at Heartland for service to another vehicle, left and went home and researched what the Matrix was worth after my test drive. I called back and made an offer over the phone based on my research and it was accepted with no counter offers. I came back to the dealership later that day and the rest of the experience was very quick. I spent maybe 10 minutes in the finance office - a record by at least 45 minutes from any other car I have ever purchased. I was offered extras, warranty, gap insurance, etc. and declined. There was no attempt to talk me into them - another first! I spent maybe an hour at the dealership total - also a record. The car is great, no issues and is getting around 34 mpg - so very happy with the purchase. I enthusiastically recommend Heartland and in particular Rick Biehl to anyone purchasing a car. More
Ricky Saly is a wonderful guy to work with at Heartland's service department. He's very courteous and professional. This dealership has a top notch service department. Great customer care. They even wash and vaccum your car after theyre done with the service at no extra charge. Steve was very attentive and patient with us. We went in thinking we wanted a Highlander and then we saw the 4runner and Steve without blinking got keys for a test drive and we purchased that that day!
