I have worked with Scott Moritz as my service manager for several years. We own three Toyota's and always have them serviced at Heartland. A lot of that is do to the great service Scott provides. We were actually just beginning to shop for different, newer car. We bought a Toyota Echo in 2000 from Heartland and have been very happy with the car and the service there, so thought we would check out newer car. Saw the Corolla and took it for a test drive. My husband and I felt right at home as soon as we sat down in the car. We love the way the car handled, lack of road noise,and the options that were on the car. Grant was great to work withm made the experience really easy. I really appreciate the Jerry setting up the hands free telephone option and the instrutions given by Jerry in the operation of same. Grant was good to give me instructions on the GPS and the radio controls. In case you cannot tell I am not a great electronic person. More

We receive honest feedback/reports regarding the condition of our car. No work is ever done without our prior approval. We find the "after-hours" drop very convenient. The work is always done in a very timely manner. We also appreciate the consideration our vechile is given while being serviced...floor carefully covered with disposable mats. We also love finding our car sparkling clean (courtsey wash)when we come to pick it up. The work has always been top-notch and our questions/concerns always addressed. Thank you Toyota Heartland!
