Alex Black provided excellent customer service during my most recent visit to the service dept. at Heartland Toyota. When a leak in the water pump was discovered during a routine oil change, Alex offered m most recent visit to the service dept. at Heartland Toyota. When a leak in the water pump was discovered during a routine oil change, Alex offered me a loaner car and made all the arrangements so that I would not have to wait all day and could continue with my errands in town. They are always very professional. I used this dealership for all my work an my oil changes. Their waiting room is exceptional and meets all my needs while there. The service at Heartland Toyota is excellent. When our new used car broke down the day after we drove it home, Heartland immediately said they would pay for the repairs, no questions asked. Grant Diekman was outstanding in helping me find a new car. He was also invaluable in providing me additional information relative to my "totalled" Toyota Solara. He was very sympathetic with my situati car. He was also invaluable in providing me additional information relative to my "totalled" Toyota Solara. He was very sympathetic with my situation and listned carefully to what I wanted in a new car. He was never pushy or hurried. When I asked him to bring a car from a distant city for me to look at, he had it there the next day. Test driving with him was a nice experience - not a lot of talking and ,again, no hard sell pressure. It's obvious he has had a long, successful history as a car salesman. I highly recommend him and Heartland Toyota. While I did not buy my former car at Heartland, I did have it serviced there over a 12 year period. The service staff are all very good and commited to customer service. That is the main reason I immediately went to Heartland when I needed a new car. Furthermore the facilities are top notch with a small cafe, tv waiting area, computer area with internet access - all well laid out and not cramped. I am an extremely satisfied Heartland customer. I have always stayed with the Toyota brand simply because of its reputation for quality, but at this point another reason that I continue to purchase and service both of my Toyota vehicles at Heartland Toyota is because of the appreciation that my service agent shows me as a customer. Whenever I walk in I am greeted with a friendly smile, a warm welcome and a truly pleasant person that always exhibits a willingness to treat me extra special. This is such a rare occurrence in todays world that i want to make sure people like Ricky Saly are recognized for the value they add to their employer because of their professionalism and pride in their work. I will never go anywhere else to purchase or service my vehicles. Please pass on my sincere appreciation to Ricky. Thanks More
Michael Maier has always been very helpful and picky when it come to our 2009 Rav-4. He treats it as if it were his own. My wife & I LIKE that! He makes SURE that from the time I give him the keys till when he returns them to me, that the servicing, right down to the car wash, is done right! before it is returned to me. It is my opinion that Mike is a very valuable asset to your Dealership,and as long as he remains your employee we WILL be buying another Toyota from you just so we can keep having Mike as our Advisor. My wife and I have bought a lot of new SUV's & Trucks over the years of all makes and models in the Kitsap County area. Mike by far, has been the best Tech Advisor we have ever had! Way to go Mike!!!
