Since 2002 when we (my husband and I) moved to the Bremerton area, we have taken our 1999 Camery to Heartland Toyota for all service and repairs. I have always found the service people and any other employees I have dealt with at the dealership to be very friendly, efficient and helpful. They more than once have gone to great lengths to help me get the most out of my visit monetarily, plus they recommend service needed but are never pushy. At any time if the service took longer than expected they were good about keeping me informed about the process. I have availed myself of their free shuttle service back to my home for longer repairs when needed. I have never had any reason to bring the car back because a service need had not been addressed. It is with great pleasure that I can highly rate and recommend this dealership to others. More

It was snowing hard and my 4-runner lost it's traction control which made it really dangerous to drive to my work since I have a long commute. I called Heartland Toyota and they told me to bring the car i control which made it really dangerous to drive to my work since I have a long commute. I called Heartland Toyota and they told me to bring the car in immediately and they would take care of it. By the time I got there (I only work 5 minutes from the dealership) they had a shuttle car waiting, Alex met me at the door, took my keys, and I was back to work in minutes. What Great Service! I had the car back by 1pm and I was safe to drive back home that afternoon. GREAT JOB ALEX! More
