Mike Santander is the Real Deal! My wife and I had never bought a new car prior to this and Mike made it very enjoyable. We recently had reason to take our Avalon to Heartland Toyota for a service and checkup. We were helped by Terry Burkhalter. We knew we had to wait from 2-3 hours for the work to be done. He seemed to be very straight-forward with us and very respectful and we didn't feel he was out to sell us on any unnecessary repairs which we most appreciated.
