We recently had reason to take our Avalon to Heartland Toyota for a service and checkup. We were helped by Terry Burkhalter. We knew we had to wait from 2-3 hours for the work to be done. He kept us up to Toyota for a service and checkup. We were helped by Terry Burkhalter. We knew we had to wait from 2-3 hours for the work to be done. He kept us up to date on what was going on and told us of what other work needed to be done at that time as well as in the near future. He seemed to be very straight-forward with us and very respectful and we didn't feel he was out to sell us on any unnecessary repairs which we most appreciated. I would recommend him to anyone needing service there. We have dealt with Heartland over the years on another car and have always felt they were very professional and considerate. More

Took in my 2012 Camry Hybrid for spoiler installation. Scott Moritz was my Service Rep and he was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I felt like I was receiving 5 star service from Scott and Heartland. I bought the car here and have had it serviced here since I purchased it. Every time I bring it in for service everyone has be friendly and helpful esp. One great thing about Heartland Toyota is that you are greeted by friendly, smiling people, who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and that you and your business is important to them. Terry Bulkhalter was great about reentering some of our personal data, so it read the way we wanted. He then took in the info on the service needs and asked if we wanted the free car wash and vacuum...always a great thing to have done in this area. Our service was done sooner then expected and Terry proceeded to tell us about an issue with our snow tires on our Camry and what to do next time they are put on to correct the problem. This was greatly appreciated! Our second vechile was a used Honda Ridgeline, oil changed, tires rotated, burned out bulb replaced, washed and vacuumed all within the hour time. I needed to have some weather stripping replaced on the drivers door and Terry helped us get that ordered and scheduled a service appt to have it done. I have always felt like my questions and requests have been listened to and handled with respect. This is a nice bonus for a woman. :) We have always had excellent service from the service dept and from our favorite sales person, Mike Santander. In a time of cut backs and unfortunately quality of service, it is great to have a dealership like Heartland and people like Terry, Mike, the Barista staff,and the parts and service departments that still believe in and practice CUSTOMER SERVICE with a smile. We purchased a 2006 Camry from Heartland Toyota online. From the moment we contacted Heartland we were impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. Their price was several hundreds of dollars less t From the moment we contacted Heartland we were impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. Their price was several hundreds of dollars less than the offer from our local Toyota dealership. Even though live approximately a hour and a half away from Heartland we take our car to them for servicing. We frequently are assisted by Mike Maier when we arrive at the dealership. Mike is a true professional. His attitude is always cheerful, he carefully explains the service involved and the costs associated with the service. I would consider Mike Heartland's good will ambassador. Are we satisfied with Heartland and would we purchase another car from them? We definitely will. More
