Starting in 1998 with my first 4Runner (which I still drive!), I won't buy anything but Toyota. In the past 13 years I've had experience with several Toyota dealerships and I have to say that Hartland To drive!), I won't buy anything but Toyota. In the past 13 years I've had experience with several Toyota dealerships and I have to say that Hartland Toyota's service totally blows all the others away! My dealings with Mike Maier in Service were great and he not only kept me up-to-date on the attention my car needed, he was personable, friendly and honest. Being a woman, it also didn't go unnoticed by me that not once did Mike even come close to talking down to me, something I've experienced at other dealerships. I also can't thank the mechanic who's name I didn't get, that worked on my car. Like Mike, he also went above and beyond what was required of him, even staying after hours so I could get my vehicle returned to me on time. Went in yesterday for my first service on my new Camry. I was checked in right away. I was able to enjoy a latte in their cafe - and just relax while i waited for my vehicle to be serviced, oil changed, a I was checked in right away. My experience with Sales Consultant Steve Hewitt was great. He was knowledgeable and courteous and worked to get me the best deal possible on my new car.
