We have been getting service at Heartland for 10 years now. We finally had the opportunity to purchase a used vehicle from them. The whole process was very quick and efficient. My Nephew and I had been shopping for a 2008 Toyota Tundra Trunk for a least 6 months, looking at prices online and what was available at the Dealers. We finally went to Heartland Toyota just to look Tundra Trunk for a least 6 months, looking at prices online and what was available at the Dealers. We finally went to Heartland Toyota just to look at the trucks available. This young man, James Alameida, greeted us despite the fact he was already helping another client. I normally don't like to deal with car sales men and I would not buy the first car they try to sell not to mention negotiating the price. I like it when I'm in control. However, this young man with his personality and charm can sell me anything with class. He is such a salesman! We bought the first used truck James brought out, which is exactly what my nephew had been looking for. A week later we stopped in to see James and to our surprised bought a used BMW that was on the lot. James and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Thank you Toyota for hiring great people! They are friendly, Fast, efficient, and do it right the first time. Jeff, who we dealt with this time was fantastic. What a delightful young man. I have always been able to get appointments to suit my schedule. My cars have always been ready when promised. The charges have never been more than estimated and I have never needed to return to have work redone. On the few occasions when my car was kept for more than a few hours I was given a loaner car at no expense to me. I would highly recommend Heartland Toyota to anyone. If, or when, I replace one of my cars I will definitely be doing that at Heartland. I gave the,"Price" rating a 4, because I think you might be able to find service elsewhere at a lower price but if the category had been titled,"Value" I would have given it a, 5. Stop in see them. You will not be disappointed. More
This was my second vehicle purchase with Heartland Toyota within the last 5 years. I also have all 3 (now 4, 2 purchased from Heartland)of my Toyota vehicles serviced by Heartland. Why?, because they treat within the last 5 years. I also have all 3 (now 4, 2 purchased from Heartland)of my Toyota vehicles serviced by Heartland. Why?, because they treat me like family. They are prompt to help me with my vehicle service needs, with or without an appointment. Never have I been turned away because they were "too busy" to accomodate me. They offer great competitive prices, which led me to make my latest Toyota purchase. And they are just a bunch of great guys, from the sales personnel to the service department personnel. Oh, and that Financing guy, Bob Villa, he's a pretty neat fellow also. More

The service writer, Scott Moritz, eased me through the (short) waiting time with his competent and skillful discussion of the service to be provided. Fortunately, there were no problems discovered with my vehicle, and I left the establishment feeling that I had received great service. More
We came to purchase a new 2011 Toyota Sienna LE. Our previous 2011 Sienna was totaled 2 weeks ago. My only injury was seatbelt and airbag bruising. This car is the best. When we shared what we were looking for, Michael Longmire really listened and found us a car that was perfect. He was courteous and with the help of his manager got us the price we asked for. We enjoyed a mocha while waiting for the completion of the purchase. Michael showed us around the service center and introduced us to the men in charge of that department. We especially liked Michaels sincerity, caring, and professional way he took us through this process. More
