This service department made us feel like they appreciated our business, unlike so many other service departments where we were made to feel like they were doing US a favor. The wait time was less appreciated our business, unlike so many other service departments where we were made to feel like they were doing US a favor. The wait time was less than expected, we were given complimentary lattes, and they even provided a computer to make the wait time even more care free. I would reccomend this sservice department to anyone. More
Ricky Saly and HeartLand Toyota are the best dealership I've encountered for servicing vehicles. When I recently purchased my Toyota from a different dealership I brought it into have it inspected and had I've encountered for servicing vehicles. When I recently purchased my Toyota from a different dealership I brought it into have it inspected and had the pleasure of meeting Ricky Saly. From the very begining, he was professional, engaging and had an infectious enthusiastic courteous atitude. The Toyota I purchased had high mileage and a timing belt replacment was suggested but we could not determine if one had already been replaced. Ricky made sure that before the expense of the timing belt was incurred, he had his technicians inspected the exisitng belt and indeed it was the original. Ricky then made sure to show me the belt and the cracks that were prevalent to prove the repairs were necessary. Never did I feel pressured into having this expenseive service repair done. While the timing belt was being changed, Ricky called me to explain for just a few dollars more ($40 I believe) he could change out all of the belts since the labor was already included in the timing belt service. Again, above & beyond maximizing the value I was receiving for the costs of the repairs. Did I mention that they were also $400 cheaper in price than my local Toyota dealer whom I had my Sequoia serviced with for the past 5 years! However, the story gets better than that. Within days after purchasing my vehichle from a sister dealership to HeartLand Toyota, my fuel guage went out on the vehicle while I was driving down the highway and I ran out of gas. After having the wonderful experience with Ricky and Heartland Toyota, (I drive 45 miles to Bremerton from Puyallup to have my car serviced at HeartLand Toyota)I had the car towed to HeartLand. Before determining the gas guage was the issue, Ricky 100% assured me if the problem was related to the work that was performed on the car, they would correct the issue and pay for my towing bill. The dealership I purchased the vehicle from with offered no reperations for the faulty gas guage and I did not purchase a warranty. The service we just completed on the new Toyota 4Runner we purchased & the service on our Toyota Sequoia was over $1,500 and the new gas guage was an additional $800 for the part & installation. I told Ricky to just give me the 4Runner back and we would track when to fill up for gas with the trip odometer. He re-assured me that he would talk to his manager and see what he could do. I told him unless he could make a miracle and do it for FREE I could not afford any additional work at this time. He reassured me he had no guarantees with the man upsstairs but to give him until the end of the day. Ricky called me and said because I had purchased the vehicle from a sister dealership, that I spent over $1,500 in service already and that the service manager felt empathy for my situation they waived all of the labor and fixed the gas guage for just the cost of the part of $300. That the dealership would waive that much labor and be sympathetic to my situation, even though I didn't purchase the vehicle from then, will make me a lifelong HeartLand Toyota customer and I tell everyone I can about HeartLand Toyota & Ricky Saly. They are head & shoulders above the rest. More
When we came to Heartland for service Ricky took excellent care of us. He went above and beyond in service and is one of the best at customer service. I took my vehicle into Heartland Toyota for routine service based on a coupon received via email which promoted a Fuel Saver Special for $54.95. I did not take a coupon for this service but the Servic service based on a coupon received via email which promoted a Fuel Saver Special for $54.95. I did not take a coupon for this service but the Service Representative said she would provide the requested service at the quoted price. When my vehicle was ready to done, the Service Representative told me she had found a different coupon for the same service and ended up charging me less than $20 for the oil change, etc. This was totally unexpected and shows me that the dealership representatives will go out of their way to make the visit a pleasant one. When you add in the free latte and car wash that go with the service, it was way more than expected. I will return for service in the future. More

My two previous Toyotas were bought at Michaels Toyota in Bellevue. I think Heartland is better. warmer, friendlier.. I am a happy customer..... so far ! More
Very nice dealership. Customer service is obviously a top priority even though Toyota sells itself. It should be noted that I bought a truck during the November blizzard. We had to wait for the vehicle to be delivered from Kelso until after 11pm as there was heavy traffic. Shawn stuck it out with me in a cold dark building after the power went out all over Kitsap Co. It was worth the miserable wait. More

I bought my RAV4 in 2006. I have been working with Scott Moritz since this purchase. I cannot say enough about how this young man has helped me throughout this time. My husband Sam also praises Scott and only deals with Scott when contacting Heartland for scheduling his services for his FJ Cruiser. When speaking to friends of ours who have also purchased Toyotas at Heartland, we recommend Scott to our friends for contact information. I recently called the dealership as I had received a recall notice from the company on the RAV4. I had mentioned to Scott that I had recently had an accident with a deer and he went above and beyond when helping me with this issue. I will continue to be a customer at Heartland Toyota as long as the company continues to have people like Scott as a customer service contact person. I am not well versed on automotive issues and working with Scott has made a anxiety inducing experience so much more bearable.
