And that you leave his lot happy, no matter what you decide. Over the last month I’ve been on the hunt for a new car, and have visited a number of lots in the greater Seattle area. I had the basic idea of what I was looking for, and it was just a matter of finding the right car and the right person to work with. After a number of test drives at number of car lots, I met Shawn at Heartland Toyota - in Bremerton, Washington. From the moment he greeted my sister, my nephew and me, we knew we were working with a genuinely good guy. Shawn continued to impress us throughout our entire experience there and even now, after I have left with my brand new vehicle. When I first arrived at Heartland Toyota, I had my search narrowed down to two cars and was trying to decide between a Subaru Legacy and a Scion tC. I really appreciated Shawn’s patience when I was asking him the tons of questions that would eventually help me figure out which vehicle I was going to purchase. Additionally, I thought it was so professional that he wasn’t bashing on “the other car” – instead he just pointed out those reasons why the Scion tC matched everything that I was looking for. And he was able to make really good points because he was actually listening to what I wanted and what was relevant to me. There were a number of other things that completely impressed me about Shawn. For starters, he took the time to allow my sister to test drive the car herself so she could understand all those reasons that I loved the tC. He offered to teach me how to drive a manual when he heard that I’d been wanting to learn – his reasoning was just that he wanted me to be happy with all of the features in the car that I decided on. After I decided on the tC, he went through all of the accessories on the Scion website with me, so that I could figure out which ones I really wanted and those places where I could save myself a few bucks. Shawn understood that as a first time car buyer I was a bit nervous and let me ask questions the whole way through the paperwork process; he never got frustrated or sped through answers – even though we were there an hour after closing and at the end of his 12 hour work day. Shawn totally transformed my idea of what I thought buying a car and dealing with a car salesman would be like. He exceeded all of my expectations. If you’re looking for a new car and want to work with an experienced and professional salesman to find a vehicle that you love, then you should do yourself a favor – go to Heartland Toyota and ask for Shawn Magill. Outstanding service. It took less than 3 hours to trade my 2007 Highlander (which i bought from them) in for a 2011 Camary. He answered all my questions, made sure the parts necessary were available and got me a brand new Toyota to drive as a FREE rental car while my vehicle was being serviced. Ricky checked back with me with updates on the service progress and had my Land Cruiser washed and ready for me at the time he promised. The price was under the estimated cost and I couldn't have been happier. Ricky also handed my wife and I coupons for a free beverage both when we dropped the car off and when we picked it up. It doesn't get much better than that kind of service. I highly recommend Heartland and Ricky Saly to you for your Toyota or Scion service. More

My visit to this dealer ship was great!!! Because, I was treated with a great deal of respect. My sales rep. Helped me in a great way, and even when she did not have the right answer she found some one righ treated with a great deal of respect. My sales rep. When I told her what car I wanted a "2011 scion XB" she had me test drive one, and she knew a lot about the car. Also she was very nice, she got my wife water cuz she knew she was pregnant, and treated her with respect. Over all this dealer ship is great I have all ready told all my friends about it and how they should go. This is Randol Haskins, I loved my visit a d I love my brand new 2011 scion XB. I made sure to wait until the newness, of having a new car, had a few weeks to wear off. From the minute I walked in there Dave Hubbard went out of his way to make sure that I was getting what "I" wanted and listened to what "I" needed. Not only did he blow away the competitors prices with his quote, but when I came back (after shopping around for a few days) his quote was still valid (no hidden extras). Heartland was the only dealership (out of several in the Kitsap area) that didn't try to sell me something that I wasn't looking for. I eneded up with the exact car that I wanted, with the exact features that I was looking for, and a great price (ie, a very managable monthly payment). They even beat the financing that I'd already had set up. I just went back there today to pick up my license plates and nobody had to think about my name, they still knew me on sight. If you're buying a car... go to Heartland. More

We had an appointment to have our car serviced. Jeff, the service manager, helped us right away and explained what they were going to do and the charges. Jeff explained what service would be due next and when and how much it would cost. The facility was clean and comfortable. My overall impression was that they were honest and friendly. I will definitely be back. More
