I walked in the door, was greeted and offered a chair. Paper work was done, listing what needed to be done. I was given a slip for coffee in the cafe. Scott came back a little later to tell me it was about finished and they were washing and vacuming the car. When that was done, Scott came to get me in the cafe, paid the bill and Scott than escorted me to the car. I looked great and the lights now work consistently. Thank you, for a good experience. Terry went above and beyond to get everything done in the shortest time. He checked with the company handling my extended warranty and even got them to agree to a "slightly needed" repair. Though there was a heavy volume of customers the Friday I brought my vehicle to the shop with a critical problem for this time of yr. (Blower Motor/Defrost failing) My vehicle was taken in on a walk-in basis,diagnosed, and a part ordered, and a follow up appt. set for 2 business days later. I additionally called Terry Mon. afternoon;telling him that I had an Oil Change Special coupon for $9.95.
