Seriously disappointed in the 3% charge on credit cards! There was no mention of the charge prior to checking out nor did I see a sign mentioning it! Additionally, I’m not sure the diagnosis of an AC leak is accurate. One section of the report shows no issue while another sections says it’s leaking and a $2000+ estimate! Again, if I knew about the 3% charge ahead of time, I would have proceeded differently with the completed maintenance! More

Matt was very helpful. Kept us informed of work that needed to be done. We went out to get the car and to leave. Noticed the glove compartment was not shutting right. Then he tried it a few times to make sure it was back in correctly. I hope the technician was notified of the problem. Once again Matt was very helpful. Polly More
