We came in to get our sienna serviced, but we got so much more! Cassandra was absolutely amazing to work with. She did two separate test drives with us and was knowledgeable and so friendly! The finance guy, Jake, tried to rip us off. He saw the credit score of 867 and told us he got us a great interest rate of 3.9% with a credit union. All while knowing Toyota had their own special finance optios for qualified customers. After we brought up the Toyota finance options he said ‘oh I didn’t know u wanted to go with Toyota financing.’ Why wouldn’t we if it saves us money?! Ended up with 1.9% instead. More
