The folks at Heartland were all very friendly and helpful in helping us purchase our new truck. Cassandra is the person we were assigned to from the beginning, and she stuck with us the whole time. She is relatively new, and still learning, but very friendly, willing to ask questions of someone more experienced when she didn’t know the answer to questions we had. She kept us up-to-date with the status of our order, and even called to let us know about an allocation that was coming in to the dealer months sooner than we were expecting, which was identical to what we had ordered, and which we jumped on. When that one ended up being built about a month earlier than planned, she also let us know right away that it was arriving. I think she was even more excited than we were! When our truck finally arrived, she called us immediately, which was 6:30 in the evening. And then she texted some photos of the truck later that night, at 10:00 pm! When I unfortunately got sick a few days later and we were not able to pick it up as scheduled, she was happy to reschedule until after I was feeling better, even though in the meantime she had to fend off the many folks who wanted to grab that beautiful truck out from under us! She is very dedicated to her job, and very eager to make sure that her customers are taken care of and happy. Overall we had a very good experience at Heartland. Our only slight complaint is how long the process of actually picking up the car at the dealership took. It always takes longer than you think it will, but perhaps it could’ve been a little more streamlined and efficient. But that’s just a minor criticism, and again, everybody was friendly and eager to get us in our new truck and out on the road. I have confidence that when it needs service, or if something goes wrong, they will take care of it. More

Due to my fiancées recent accident, our timeline for buying a new car was extremely accelerated. We were very worried given the car market right now. Part of it I’m sure was luck of the draw but Kyler, buying a new car was extremely accelerated. We were very worried given the car market right now. They found the perfect vehicle, got us in and out effortlessly, stress free and no pressure. We even decided to trade in my car for a Tacoma at the same time.
