Kallista was fabulous. She was patient, kind, answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. The manager, Barry, and the finance rep, Edwin, were less than satisfactory. Barry had a attitude about him that gave the impression he couldn't be bothered with any feedback. Blank facial expression. Lack of empathy. Nonchalant attitude towards the disgusting behavior of Edwin. Edwin had quite the rude responses while we were signing paperwork. In response to me verifying where to initial he said "that's why I said initials and not signature" with a smart tone. He sighed every time I chose to read the document instead of signing where he told me to as if reading what I'm putting my signature on was inconvenient. He consistently made ridiculous noises with his mouth while I read through the documents. I looked at my husband who was sitting next to me and made a comment about one of the documents making me weary and Edwin through his hands in the air and said "look guys, my name's not on the building, I don't make the rules". His behavior was ridiculous. He was completely out of line through the whole interaction. When I expressed this to Barry, that's when he acted as if he couldn't be bothered with hearing my feedback. Had it not been for Kallista, I would have walked out and bought elsewhere. But Kallista earned my business and I didn't want to her to miss out on commission after she worked hard for it. More
