Everything seemed great until we drove off the lot. Come in for a scheduled appointment and they don't have what they owe us. Will not recommend this dealership. Three years left on our lease though so now we have no choice but to continue this battle. More

The wait felt long but as soon as it hit the dealership lot I was informed and an appointment was set to finalize it all. Rabar took the extra time and effort to make sure I was happy and comfortable with everything about the vehicle and financing. Nolan helped me with the financing and he was so great!! I felt comfortable and not at all pushed into something I didn’t want. Nolan listened and respected my choices as far as extras go. He also took the time to describe in fine detail what I was signing and why. Like I said, I was well taken care of from start to finish and would absolutely recommend Heartland Toyota (especially Rabar and Nolan) to any and everyone!! Both CJ & Jake took the time to ask what I wanted and then delivered exactly what I described and gave helpful, practical advice for specific additions. I said yes and she promptly said “Let me get you the temp registration and plate for your drive home.” I hadn’t noticed that they weren’t in the car. Before I was done putting the insurance on it she was back and putting the in the rear window. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but I would give her 5 stars too.
