I had been looking into the Highlander hybrid for a few months, I stopped in after work today to look at one. It was a pleasant experience from the beginning. James A came out and had my daughter and I cracking up right off the bat. He had the answers to all my questions and wasn’t pushy at all! He even offered to show other models because he wanted to make sure it was in my budget! I’ve never had a salesperson offer that!!! My husband and I both drove it and loved it. James offered to run the numbers or keep looking. We opted to go inside and look at the numbers. I was pleasantly surprised when we sat down with Nolan in finance. He was quick, efficient, explained everything thoroughly he was so nice and was not pushy with extra warranty’s etc. Before we left James made sure I knew the basics of operating the car and Nolan came out to let me know all of the financing had been finalized. I’m thrilled with my new car and absolutely love the staff at Heartland Toyota!!!! More
