Relatively new sales staff. Finance and management staff were knowledgeable of their product and able to discuss different features of the car I was looking at. One to negotiate, the other the finalize the purchase. Not sure if it was a staffing issue or they were just that busy, but ended up spending 4-5 hours each visit for a total of around 9 hours at the dealer.
