Rabar Ali, (sales person) kept me updated on the car I ordered. He communicates well and honestly. I would purchase a vehicle from him again. He earns 5 stars from me. I am giving four stars because ordered. He communicates well and honestly. I would purchase a vehicle from him again. He earns 5 stars from me. I am giving four stars because I did not appreciate the way the finance person communicated. When I first entered his rate of speech was average when he brought up other programs/packages (financial) that could be added for an additional expense his rate of speech increased to that of an auctioneer. When I was trying read the legal documents he started interrupting the process by either talking or trying to see which document I was looking over. When I asked him why he was doing this, he said because he wanted to know if he could help me in anyway. I informed him that I would ask for assistance if I needed it and to please not interrupt me while I am reading legal documents. Then he complained that I was taking to long and he had other customers that he needed to serve. I was told that they were short staffed. Once he finished interrupting my reading process it did not take long for me to read all of the necessary documents. I will stop here. I would not recommend Jake as a finance person for Heartland Toyota. I highly recommend Rabar Ali as a sales associate! More
