They honest and Rabar helped me get a good deal. One thing i didnt like this place is because you have to pay for the cookie. Every Toyota dealership i go they all have free cookie and coke for kids and thing i didnt like this place is because you have to pay for the cookie. We were so hungry and that guy took forever, but lucky my salesperson Rabar had ordered Macdonald for 4 of us i was so surprised and so happy plus he got me a new hat Rabar is awesome More

This is the second time we have purchased a car from Rabar. We are repeat customers for a reason—not because of the dealership but because of Rabar. His customer service cannot be matched. He goes above and beyond to make sure that his customer is taken care of. Because of the pandemic, there has been a shortage of cars, and we also didn’t want to spend a lot of time in the dealership. Rabar helped us to find what we needed via phone calls and text. We brought our trade-in to the dealership for appraisal, and were there for about 15 minutes. That was it. He then delivered the car to our house later that day, where we signed the paperwork. Heartland is so lucky to have Rabar. We will be back so long as he is still there. More

I have had two poor experiences here. The first I wrote about in late March and early April, 2021 about the buying experience in which the sales woman made statements that later proved untrue about two imp about in late March and early April, 2021 about the buying experience in which the sales woman made statements that later proved untrue about two important issues regarding my new car, one of which was safety related. [I have emails from this sales person to support these allegations.] I received multiple apologies from the sales and general manager for this experience. The second experience happened yesterday: I had contacted the dealership about selling this same car, and the internet sales manager assured me that they are interested and would likely meet or exceed other offers I had; so I decided to not accept the other offers; and we set up an appointment for yesterday at 11am. A few hours before the appointment, I went to their website and went through the process of offering to sell the car to them. Their website referred me to Kelly Blue Book to determine what my car was worth, which stated that my trade-in value was approximately $23,500. I arrived at the dealership on time, and no one was available and I had to wait for 20 minutes with several people attending and apologizing to me. Then, a representative from the used car division met and we discussed and they evaluated the car [which was just like new!]. I asked to speak directly with the person they claimed was making the offer, but that person never appeared, and I do not think she ever look at the car. Then, a representative [not the offer maker] handed me a form with an offer: they offered me $4,000 less than Kelly Blue Book trade-in value, and what other dealers had offered. I told them that I was offended, and mis-lead by the internet sales coordinator, and their website that sent me to KBB for the trade-in value, of which it was clearly implied by the website that I was going to be offered that amount or possibly higher. I refused to sell them the car for $4,000 less than what it is worth, and departed. As a former consumer complaint investigator/mediator for the Maine Attorney General's office, I was quite disturbed by what I experienced. The only reason I did not give the lowest rating is because the service department is good. More

I said no several times, but I ended up caving on a few things that I regret purchasing. I feel like he didn’t listen to me or respect my decision and it took the excitement out of buying a new car. We visited Heartland looking at a Tacoma for my wife. Caleb was informative about the differences between trim packages and other vehicle facts, pointing out differences and similarities, which helped us organize our priorities for the her truck to be. We were able to drive multiple different trucks at different years as well as price points, without feeling pressured to spend more than I budgeted. When we decided on another vehicle, Caleb made no attempt to guilt or pressure us and wished us the best, the way you wish well for a friend. I felt comfortable and confident in the vehicles they showed me and though I didn’t end up making my purchase with Caleb, he’ll be my first call when we’re looking for our next vehicle. More
