Our sales rep Rabar was wonderful. I had a list of used cars we wanted to look at. The problem we had was finding the cars! We drove around for over an hour trying to find cars. They were all over the plac cars we wanted to look at. The problem we had was finding the cars! We drove around for over an hour trying to find cars. They were all over the place, it was ridiculous. I would recommend keeping your used car inventory organized by make and model to make it easier to find on the lot. You would sell more cars if you didn’t waste potential buyers time! More

This is the second time we have purchased a car from Heartland Toyota and it has been an amazing experience. I don’t think we’ll ever go anywhere else. A roller coaster of mis-information, and lack of communication. My wife and I opened a lease in 2018 with Heartland and it was a pretty bad experience. Our first sales guy wasn't listening to my wif communication. My wife and I opened a lease in 2018 with Heartland and it was a pretty bad experience. Our first sales guy wasn't listening to my wife and I, and did not attempt to meet our requests when searching for a vehicle. He decided to get the sales manager to come work wit us as he was getting frustrated with our very simple requests (and he expressed his frustration to us- making my wife cry, as buying a car is already a stressful process. We thought the sales manager was very nice and seemed helpful. He was able to drop our monthly payment to what we could afford (the other sales guy was giving us offers 200+ over our monthly budget) and even told us we could waive certain costs when we came back to buy our lease out in three years. Three years later, when we showed up to buy our lease, we found out we were going to owe $1,000 more in fees than expected (which the previous manager promised would be waived). The person we worked with said "oh we would NEVER waive those fees so I don't know why he told you that.." After explaining our situation to our sales guy this time, who was very helpful (thank you Caleb) we got 5 years service plan thrown in for free which still doesn't save us a ton of money but it was better than nothing. Buying out the lease was fairly simple although they said the process would take 1.5 hours tops and we waited around for over four hours to meet with a financial person. Overall, our experience is not something we look back on fondly. The only advice we can give if you do decide to go with them (and we urge you to proceed with caution) is to get everything in writing. More
