Bridget in the service department works very hard and is committed to customer satisfaction. It appears that the shop , service and parts department could use an experienced knowledgeable manager to overs committed to customer satisfaction. It appears that the shop , service and parts department could use an experienced knowledgeable manager to oversee their operations and create efficient productive team committed to providing high level service customers expect from a dealership. The service department currently feels like a small shade tree mechanic shop that does not present a sense of professionalism that instills confidence in the customer. The shop routinely has to outsource services such as front end alignments and cutting keys. They were successful after some internal miscommunication and misdiagnosis in working with my third party extended warranty provider to replace the rack and pinion and repair my vehicle. I am thankful to have an authorized Jeep service center nearby. I hope they continue to grow and improve. Thank you, More
