Everything went great with being able to drop it off and leave my keys and get the work done. The only issue we had is that we got charged $30 for a tire rotation that on the bill says it was requested by t leave my keys and get the work done. The only issue we had is that we got charged $30 for a tire rotation that on the bill says it was requested by the customer and it was not requested by the customer so we had $30 that needed to come off of our bill for a charge that was not ever discussed with us. Kyle is your saving grace. My car went in for an appointment on Monday at 11:30 and they didn’t get around to it until Wednesday afternoon. Same with another car I took in.
