Fast friendly service I was made to feel welcome by the staff and take care of me as soon as I drove in the service bay. I utilized CarGurus.com and located this Cadillac XTS which had everything I was looking for, including a color combination of white exterior and shale interior. There were a number of emails to and from Aimee, Sarah, and Rafael which led to a phone call with Bob that closed the deal. Taz then became my contact for finalizing the paperwork and transport details. All of these folks are highly professional and once the car was delivered, I was certainly pleased. I would recommend Heiser to anyone looking for a car. More
