Cargo Mat I only went to pick up a cargo mat that I had ordered using my Chevrolet rewards points. Seemed to be a hassle because at first they couldn’t find it I only went to pick up a cargo mat that I had ordered using my Chevrolet rewards points. Seemed to be a hassle because at first they couldn’t find it then when found had to go to Service Dept. for paper work and then had to wait for Parts Dept to do their paper work where I had just been for 20 min. So overall a hassle and a long time to just pick up an order. Think this process could be streamlined a bit. More

Irritated by finance manager and salesmen Everything was going fine till we got very irritated by Bryan Shultz that tried to get us to do a GM loan even though we told him we already had our f Everything was going fine till we got very irritated by Bryan Shultz that tried to get us to do a GM loan even though we told him we already had our financing from our credit union that we used for over 30+ years getting car and truck loans. He was rude, then in ten to fifteen minutes later he was ruder because he couldn't talk us into a GM loan. We even talked about walking out. He shouldn't be dealing with anyone older than a millennial. In our book this guy shouldn't be dealing with the public in any way shape or form. Also when we went to do the paper work, the gentleman knew that we weren't going to buy anything extra. We asked how did he know. He said Bryan told him that we weren't going to buy anything extra. He made us sound like we were cheap. In fact we were going to buy the paint less dent remover and a couple of other warranties, but after that we chose not to buy anything. Also we told Cesar that we did not want the ON star but he said he had to hook it up. But that's not true, the last Chevy we bought new we asked them not to hook it up but when they did turn it on we were in the vehicle right there to turn it off immediately. That's what Cesar should have done. It took us a phone call and 25 minutes to get it unhooked. That was irritating because he said he has to put it on but he could take it off when we got there but then when we got there we would have to turn it off - so that was a lie. Now that we are back in Wisconsin, we are going to notify GM about this dealership experience and anyone else we can let know about it. How about also a review on the BBB. More
Repair was finished but promises not kept. When I called to schedule this recall repair I told the lady on the phone who make the appointment that I needed a loaner. She warned me it would be a little longer out to schedule a day when a loaner was available. I assured her that was fine and we found an agreeable day & time. My husband brought the car in the morning of the appointment and when he came back he said you didn’t give him a loaner, only a ride. He said you were going to move some things around that day so the car would be finished by 11:00. Well that didn’t happen either. My husband is rarely home and because he was we were scheduled to look for flooring in the morning that day. Thanks to the lie of being told we would have a loaner we have yet to be able to get to look for flooring. I’m not real happy about being lied to. More

Service visit Had trouble with the software for lane detection which shut down most of the automatic functions of the car. Service manager was familiar with the iss Had trouble with the software for lane detection which shut down most of the automatic functions of the car. Service manager was familiar with the issue. Only issues that I can think of is having more people in on Saturday, especially service. Things happen on the weekends, it would be nice to have people in . Also open longer than noon on Saturday. Just a thought, not really a complaint. More
Payment problems The service team did their usual outstanding job completing the oil change/tire rotation on time. When I went to pay I wrote a check and the cashier The service team did their usual outstanding job completing the oil change/tire rotation on time. When I went to pay I wrote a check and the cashier disappeared with the check. five plus minutes later she returned to tell me that Heiser could not accept my check. When I asked why she responded by saying "I'll let you talk to them". We went to the front of the dealership reception desk and in full view of everybody in the show room called someone. She entered some information and then handed me the phone to talk to someone about my check. I was asked my personal information in front of all who could hear. I did reluctantly provide the info and then found out they could not accept my check. I asked why and the person on the phone could only tell me "Due to frequency of check use". The person would not explain any further. The whole experience was poorly handled and embarrassing to me in front of everyone in the showroom. I did check with the bank and there was plenty of cash in the account to cover the $52.00 check. I asked to speak to a manager and he checked with the payment staff. He offered no help and told me I needed to talk to "Telecheck" to resolve my problem. It was between me and them to resolve. Yea, big help! More
