Average I went in for an oil change. Process was oretty seemless on the rep side. I will say its not a good look when you have a mechanic sitting with his leg I went in for an oil change. I will say its not a good look when you have a mechanic sitting with his legs kicked up while literally playing a game of pool instead of moving another customers car to work on. The rep asked him politely to move the other vehicle so mine could be in cue in which the mechanics response was he was in the middle of an important game with no regard to my presence...extreme lack of professionalism. Service was good, however disappointed that I would expect the service writer to alert me to do suggested 24000 mile requirements to my vehicle. Repaired front end suspension Went for oil change and tire rotation. They saw cracks in front control arm parts and fixed those too. All under warranty. What happened this time? I was very disappointed this time for oil change and tire rotation. I checked my tire pressure when I was about to leave the lot and it was 37 to 3 I was very disappointed this time for oil change and tire rotation. I checked my tire pressure when I was about to leave the lot and it was 37 to 38. I drove back to service and told them I wanted 35 PSI (Nitrogen), They said to have a seat in the waiting room and they would take care of it (a different service man). Shortly they told me it was done. I drove off and when I got back to Cudahy 16 miles away, I discovered they were still at 37 to 38. Now I have to go back and have the tires checked again. How stupid of me to think it wasn't even done. I'm not happy about this but still gave a good rating. More

I called Mike, he had the vehicle towed back to Heiser and they replaced a defective caliper. They also replaced a gas tank strap at no charge.
