The times table for getting the work done was off by over a week. Did not call with a status report after saying there would be one. Mike is a friendly and helpful person. He was all alone and things were a bit hectic but he took care of everyone. He answered all my questions, even ones I thought were "dumb". When the car was ready, I paid the cashier and was told it was parked outside. It was raining very hard and Mike arranged to bring the car back in the garage, so I would stay dry. I really appeciated the extra service. I have been a Heiser customer for years and always recommed it to my friends. They have honest sales people, a helpful manager and finance people and a great service department. More

I have had Heiser body shop for years take care of my vehicles. Ted was my choice, but he has since retired. In 2011 I purchased a new 2011 Impala LT. I have had several visits to the service department. Pete has taken care of my repairs on several of my vehicles ( I have 3 chevrolets presently). A freind of mine now comes to Heiser for service work on his Suburban that he bought from a nearby Chevrolet dealership after I recommended to him the freindly and fair staff at Heiser. Like myself, my freind was not happy with the treatment recieved at the other dealership. He mentioned to me how pleased he was with the service at Heiser. I am happy to say, Heiser keep doing what your doing, your firing on all cylinders. More
Any problem we have had with our Equinox, both while in warranty and after, has been taken care of in a timely manner. If there was a question as to a possible recall problem, GM was contacted that day warranty and after, has been taken care of in a timely manner. The new car purchase was very smooth without any high pressure calls from the salesman. A pleasure to deal with Heiser. We have recommended friends to this dealership. Chuck More
Awful customer service. The manager told us our issue was our problem, not his. He was rude and cocky. We have had much better service elsewhere and will not return. We do NOT recommend this dealer. My husband and I have had all the service work done on our last 3 cars by Heiser. Quinn Mihalski and Mike Catanese are wonderful. They do whatever needs to get done in a timely manner. They also are polit our last 3 cars by Heiser. Quinn Mihalski and Mike Catanese are wonderful. They do whatever needs to get done in a timely manner. They also are polite and courteous to work with. They are by far the most professional people to do business with and truly live up to Heiser's motto "Anything's possible." Heiser is also reasonable on price as well as quality. It was bad enough that I had to endure the noise and inconvenience of the remodeling project during my visit while they replaced my rear brake pads and rotors. Then the fact that the service writer, Mike, said it would take 1-1/2 hours, tops, to do the work, it actually took three hours. When I approached Mike to find out why it was taking so long he showed me that a caliper was frozen and they were trying to free it up. This was the supposed reason for the delay. Later I found out the real reason was that the service people were at a meeting. This is how Heiser Chevrolet treats the customer???? Lies do not sit well with me. It's a poor business practice, to say the least. To add to the hurt, the cashier wouldn't honor a 15% discount coupon that I had left at home by at least telling me to bring it in and they'd refund the amount from my credit card. Oh no, that would be treating the customer nicely. No more Heiser for ME!!!!!!!!! Ralph More
i bought a brand new malibu maxx lt 2004. the steering column needed to get replaced which is a common problem with the new electric steering on these cars. after Heiser did this my car has had nothing b column needed to get replaced which is a common problem with the new electric steering on these cars. after Heiser did this my car has had nothing but problems. it pulls to the left and is off center and they claim that this is fixed. i called the GM, Chris Meyer and after 4 calls he hung up on me because i guess he was sick of hearing of problems. I told him they caused the problem, they have to own the problem now. Ron the Service Manager denies any problem on the car.<br><br>If you want to buy a car from them they love you. if you have a repair problem they hate you and ignore you,.<br><br>I DON'T RECOMMEND HEISER CHEVROLET!
