I read a lot of these reviews before my purchase and thought there was going to be some push by the people at the dealership to leave a 5 star review before leaving as there were just to many 5 start re thought there was going to be some push by the people at the dealership to leave a 5 star review before leaving as there were just to many 5 start reviews mentioning peoples names and I thought the dealership has to be pushing employees to get reviews before you could leave but to my surprise this was not the case. I inquired about a vehicle late Saturday evening and Monday morning I had an email from Joel the sales manager and we got on the phone and I had a deal I was happy with in less than 2 minutes. Joel assigned Alex to be my guy and Alex reached out and made contact and a couple hours later my wife and I were headed to Houston. We arrived in Houston and Alex came out and met us with the vehicle keys and then Joel came out and introduced himself and 30 minutes later I was off to finance where we met Francis. I was prepared for the finance guy to try to push a bunch of stuff on me like they usually do but Francis was not pushy at all. He presented options and I decided what worked best for this moment in time and then I wrote him two checks and we were done in finance. Finally I was passed back to Alex who helped me get the car set up and loaded in the ford app and my phone linked to the car and I was on my way. Joel, Alex and Maria all followed up with me over the next day or two to ensure everything was good. This was the simplest car buying experiences I have ever had and I have bought 7 personal and business cars over the last 3 years. More
