Easy transaction, great car After buying an Audi a few months back and having a particularly rough time with that dealer, it was refreshing to work with Tyler and Steve who took After buying an Audi a few months back and having a particularly rough time with that dealer, it was refreshing to work with Tyler and Steve who took every step to ensure I was taken care of. I came in to test drive a CX5 and CX3 while comparison shopping across a few brands. I decided to go with the CX5 during the test drive and sell my Audi to Hine. They didn't have the exact color scheme I wanted but managed to find one nearby and I was driving it the next day. Tyler is full of integrity and everything he said was accurate. When the used car buyer tried to lower the offer for my trade in, he stepped in and sorted it out immediately. I highly recommend both John Hine and the CX5, and definitely work with Tyler if you get a shot! More

It was at a level where I felt comfortable paying. Even when I got to the dealership Tyler was not pushy and gave me time to rethink my purchase. At the end I drove off into the sunset with my Mazda Miata mx5 RF and is ecstatic. I was happy with his service, above all I was not pressured at all to make my decision. Car buying can be stressful but give these guys a shot and you will probably score. More

There are so many choices for cars, dealers and sales managers, but Tyler is always approachable, knowledgeable, fair and creates no pressure whatsoever. The combination of the Mazda brand (I've had wonderful experience with both the Mazda 3 and CX-5 Touring) and Tyler keep me coming back.
