Really disappointed with the service department. Took my BRAND NEW DURANGO for a recall and i regret it. Your service tech is really sloppy when I dropped off my durango it was spot less got it back full of BRAND NEW DURANGO for a recall and i regret it. Your service tech is really sloppy when I dropped off my durango it was spot less got it back full of finger prints and smudges. The driver side seat belt was not aligned properly and to top it off i have to bring it back cause your tech broke the side panel. Now i have ro take time off my busy schedule to have something fixed that should have never been broken. Originally i was told no more rhan 2 hrs after 2.5 hrs i aske and they told me i was goin to take 3 more hrs. Really unprofessional. Hope that next visit will be a lot better and that the replacement part arrives SOON. More
