Paid for tire rotation that I’m certain they didn’t complete. Service advisor swore it was completed though. Every time i bring the teuck in complaining of death rattle, they keep truck and then say they fixed it. I always re experience death rattle and now they say its my tures not the truck. Not ince has the issue been resolved! Ive experienced death rattle from the 1st week i bought the teuck.. i purchased the truck brand new with 8 miles on the odometer. And the dealership has NEVER ACTUALLY FIXED THE ISSUE. MY TRUCKS WARRANTY is about to expire and they are hust waiting out the time that it wint be under warranty any more. Im so discouraged by Dodge as a ehile that i tell everyone who asks if they should get a ford or a dodge.. i tell them absolutely dont buy dodge.. ford at least held up their end of the warranty!
