Come to find out my service contact doesn’t cover oil changes or tire rotations. What dealership sells you a 54,000 dollar vehicle and dose not cover the first two years of service. very disappointing changes or tire rotations. I was informed my truck would only be kept overnight and I would receive a status update the same day. I called Valentino 4X during the time my truck was at CDJR, left numerous messages and NEVER not once r I would receive a status update the same day. I called Valentino 4X during the time my truck was at CDJR, left numerous messages and NEVER not once received a call after he said he would. In addition, When my vehicle was done I did not receive a phone call notifying me that it was ready to pick up. I found out only because I called again to find out the status . My truck had been done earlier Thursday 5/6/21 and the service advisor didn’t bother to notify me. He claimed that he did not have my number but called me the following day (24 hrs after my truck was done) to notify me the truck was ready. My truck was done early Thursday didn’t receive the call until mid day Friday, costing me an additional insurance payment to enterprise rentals. I could not pick up the truck Thursday since I did not find out until 5:30 pm that my truck had been done as it would’ve taken me about 45 min to get to your facility. More
