I had a Tuesday 8:45 appointment for diagnostics...I had to call them at the end of each day just to make sure my car was there. Despite being subscribed to texting updates. They lost my keys when I went to to call them at the end of each day just to make sure my car was there. Despite being subscribed to texting updates. They lost my keys when I went to pick it up and I had to wait nearly an hour to get my vehicle back...I did decline the repairs because I don't believe that would have fixed my problems as I had already done the repairs they suggested and informed them that on drop off and what they could do to figure out my problem. Not to mention leo was straight up rude to me and acted like I was clueless but luckily jessica saved me from him when it continued More
