Contact less on line buying not easy. Do not try it! Its all a joke.. Thought it would be easy, but they went back on their offer. No sale was made. Was told when someone did answer a manager would call us, no call as of yet. A sales person finally told us the contact less was just an offer, not a done deal. That's news to us as it says we were just waiting to get our car dropped off. But since no one ever got back to us, they sold the truck we reserved to someone else and now we were left with no deal, and no call from the manager, Sergio. Thought this would be any easy hassle free way to buy a car. Turns out it was worse than going in there and haggling with the sales people! More
